- How long does it take to build a website?
Once the Team have received your logo, contact information and other content, they can usually have the website up and running in as little as a few days. However the average website takes about 2 weeks from start to finish, this allows you time to review and sign off as we go.
Further breakdown of this is included in the table below, please note that this is indicative only and delays in content gathering may extend these timeframes.

- How do I get help?
We offer unlimited support for your website from 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
If you have a website with us already please log a support ticket via our help desk or via the link here. Alternatively for new enquires please complete our contact enquiry form or phone us directly on 1300 664 879.
- What information do we need to supply for our new website?
There are a few things we need from you before we can get started on building your new website, including:
- Logo files and any branding guidelines
- Content and images to be added to your new website
- Social media links and account login details
- Access to your domain (URL), if you already have one
- Login details for any other accounts we need to link to your website
One of our friendly team members will be in touch shortly after signup to assist you through the process and get your new website ready for launch!
- What if I haven’t got an existing domain name?
Not a problem, we include 1 free domain registration in each of our packages. Simply supply us with your desired domain and we can register this on your behalf.
- What if I already have an existing domain name?
Great, if you have an existing domain and can provide access, we can use this instead of creating a new one. Alternatively if you would like a new domain name please let us know, 1 free domain name is included in each new website package.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We can set-up your monthly billing to automatically come out of a visa debit or credit card each month. Alternatively we can send you an invoice for a manual payment. Please note direct debit facility is processed through our secure third party provider, Stripe.
- Whats involved with the modules / addons you offer?

Memberships
Our Launchpad Membership Plugin is an addon which works seamlessly with our base Launchpad platform and can be used to display restricted content to members / users on the website. Once a registration form for membership has been submitted the user will receive login details to be able to access the members area. The site owner will also receive notification of a new member in case the access is unauthorised or needs to be removed.
This plugin is useful when you have specific content in which you want only to be given to a specific user and/ or to be able to capture that users details for marketing purposes.
Members can be assigned as different types / users to give you more flexibility and control, (for example Customer / Supplier / Guest) which will allow them to see specific content based on the membership type.
Locations
Our Launchpad Locations Plugin is very flexible and can be used to display multiple locations on a Google Map. Users can search their location to find which one of your offices, branches, stores, stockists etc is closest to them.
Events
Our Launchpad Events Plugin is an addon which works seamlessly with our Base Launchpad Platform and can be used to display event posts anywhere on the website. Once an event has ended it is automatically hidden from the website and the event content is replaced by a custom “This event has ended” message.
Past events can be delayed on the site under a separate section or page. This is useful when you need to make event content available to users after an event has passed, for example a webinar.
Events can be assigned to categories or marked as featured to give you more control over where different types of events are displayed. It’s easy to display events on the website using our Events Page Element, CPT Archive template or shortcode.
Directory Listings
